Present: John Slaby, Chairman, Roy Boushon and Mike Galloway, Town Supervisors, and Jamie Soberg, Clerk/Treasurer.
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Slaby at 7 pm.
Checks numbered 428, 18193 – 18233 were signed by the board.
Recited the Pledge of Allegiance.
After some discussion, motion by Rob Grigsby/Ernie Adam to approve levy as proposed $135,361.00. Carried.
Motion by Galloway/Boushon to close the Public Hearing.
Slaby opened the remainder of the Town Board Meeting at 7:12 pm.
Motion by Boushon/Galloway to adopt 2021 Budget as proposed. Levy of $135,361.00. Total revenues and expenses total $377,400.00 each and road maintenance expense $196,080.00. Carried.
Clerk read the minutes from the Board Meeting held in October. Motion by Galloway/Boushon to receive and place on file as read. Carried.
Soberg read the Treasurers report for the month of October. Motion by Boushon/Galloway to receive and place on file as presented. Carried.
There was some discussion on adding computer and internet for the garage. Soberg did contact Norvado about internet services. It was suggested to check into satellite internet as another option to discuss more at December meeting.
Slaby gave a briefing on the Fire Ad Hoc meeting and that the budget has been set.
