  • Janaks commented on the delays of the Price Lake Road Project.  They mentioned it has been a wet season causing a setback in getting jobs completed.  They are making progress and things seem to be going well with the ground hardening up.  Janaks will continue to work until Friday November 22 weather permitting and plan to get out in the spring as soon as they can.  Slaby stated that Chris Bender confirmed that the funds for this project will not run out at the end of the year, but not certain how long it will go so we should strive to get it done as soon as possible.

  • Slaby gave a briefing on the Fire Ad Hoc meeting and that the budget has been set.
  • Paul Bodenburg shared an update on the Lugerville School Renovation.  They replaced the beams in the main room and put in new concrete footings last year.  Future plans are to update bathrooms for handicaps and remodel the kitchen area.  They are also looking to get a new well as the water has not been drinkable for years.  They will be doing their pie auction and other fundraisers to help fund these improvements.  There was also question about the school being an option for the new town hall.
