Present: John Slaby, Chairman and Roy Boushon & Mike Galloway, Town Supervisors. Jamie Soberg, Clerk/Treasurer, excused absence.
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Slaby at 7 pm.
Checks numbered 473-475, 1046, 18768– 18797 were signed by the board.
The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.

Slaby read the Treasurers report for the month of April. Motion by Galloway/Boushon to receive and place on file as presented. Carried.
Slaby commented that the Fire Ad Hoc meeting mostly discussed the fire at Reclaimed Rustic Woodworks. The fire department was very appreciative of the help from the Town of Flambeau and Rob Grigsby’s assistance. They had no issues with replacing the tire on our equipment that was damaged from helping assist.
After attending the ambulance meeting, Slaby mentioned that the Prentice Ambulance Service was thankful for the help of the Phillips Ambulance Service while they had some struggles.
The chairman and supervisors will split up the town roads equally to perform the annual road survey and will report any findings at next month’s meeting.
Public Comment – Chris Boushon inquired about when Janak and Sons would be starting on the Price Lake Road Project. Slaby will get an update from Janak, but it would be best to start no later than August this year. There was also some discussion about getting more information on the removal of the seal coat on Price Lake Road. Chris also asked if it would be possible to get summer help. Slaby commented that the budget can’t sustain 3 people working all summer but certain tasks could certainly use help like crack sealing.
Motion by Boushon/Galloway to adjourn. Carried.
Meeting adjourned at 7:45 pm.
