- Present: John Slaby, Chairman, Mike Galloway & Roy Boushon, Town Supervisors, & Jamie Soberg, Clerk/Treasurer.
- The meeting was called to order by Chairman Slaby at 7 pm.
- Checks numbered 396 & 17289-17317 were signed by the board.
- Recited the Pledge of Allegiance.
- The Clerk read the minutes from the Board Meeting held in April. Motion by Boushon/Galloway to receive and place on file. Motion carried.
- Soberg read the Treasurer’s report for the month of April. Motion by Galloway/Boushon to receive and place on file as presented. Motion carried.
- Galloway will begin looking into options for updating of the polling area.
- There was discussion about the culverts on Price Lake Road.
- Slaby reported that officials were elected at the ambulance meeting.
- Board members will be attending the WTA Seminar in Cable on May 22, 2019. Soberg to send in registration.
- The chairman and supervisors will split up the town roads equally to perform the annual road survey and will report any findings at next month’s meeting.
- Slaby made a motion to allow the clerk/treasurer to appoint a deputy clerk/treasurer as needed. This is a not paid job position unless activated. Second by Galloway. Motion carried.
- The board of review meeting is scheduled for Thursday, June 6, 2019 from 6-8 pm at the town hall.
- The board approved Soberg to attend the Clerk/Treasurer training in Green Bay in July. Motion by Galloway/Boushon. Carried.
- Public Comment: Aubuchon asked if website was updated. Addresses were corrected and website is available to view at www.flambeauwi.com. The county has also added a link for our website on their county site.
- Aubuchon and Weik asked if help was still needed with Price Lake Road Project. Since the grant has been approved, Boushon will be taking care of bids and such from this point forward as soon as state budget has been set and we get clearance from Chris Bender.
- Weik commented that the grading on Price Lake Road was helpful.
- Motion by Boushon/Galloway to adjourn. Carried.
