- Present: John Slaby, Chairman, Roy Boushon and Mike Galloway, Town Supervisors, and Jamie Soberg, Clerk/Treasurer.
- The meeting was called to order by Chairman Slaby at 7 pm.
- Checks numbered 414, 17935 – 17963 were signed by the board.
- Recited the Pledge of Allegiance.
- Clerk read the minutes from the Board Meeting held in February. Motion by Galloway/Boushon to receive and place on file as read. Carried.
- Soberg read the Treasurers report for the month of February. Motion by Boushon/Galloway to receive and place on file as presented. Carried.
- Rick Morgan, from the Phillips School District, gave a short presentation on the $9.86 Million school referendum that will be on the April 7th Spring Election ballot. He provided handouts to residents that did not receive one from the mass mailing that went out, which he will be looking into why that happened. There will be an open house at the Elementary School on March 26th for an opportunity to get more info and ask questions.
- The board of review meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, June 3, 2020 from 6-8 pm at the town hall.
- There was discussion about purchasing a crack sealer and options were presented. The county is purchasing a new one and will be selling their old one. Slaby has been in contact with Joe Baratka letting him know we have strong interest in purchasing it from the county. A motion was made by Galloway to place a tentative bid on the 2003 Craftco Supershot SS250 cracksealer while we consider the county’s and get more details from Joe Baratka.
- Public Comment – Doug Aubuchon asked if we will keep going on Price Lake Road as not to lose momentum on work that has been done so far.
- Slaby mentioned that we do have a grant for gravel on North Fork Road but it has to wait until 2021.
- Motion by Galloway/ Boushon to adjourn. Carried.
