- Present: John Slaby, Chairman, Roy Boushon and Mike Galloway, Town Supervisors, and Jamie Soberg, Clerk/Treasurer.
- The meeting was called to order by Chairman Slaby at 7 pm.
- Checks numbered 411-412, 17843 – 17882, 17886 were signed by the board.
- Recited the Pledge of Allegiance.
- Clerk read the minutes from the Board Meeting held in December. Motion by Galloway/Boushon to receive and place on file as read. Carried.
- Soberg read the Treasurers report for the month of December. Motion by Boushon/Galloway to receive and place on file as presented. Carried.
- Slaby shared that we will be getting the TRIP grants we applied for. This includes double seal coat Town Road, Lake Road (from intersection of River Road to the four corners on Southfork), and then where black top left off on Southfork to the four corners on Southfork. The county asked us to hold off til 2021 which Slaby agreed and updated the road plan.
- Slaby commented that an application was put in for a grant to gravel North Fork Rd from Flambeau River State Forest pending the state budget. Kathy Adams asked why we didn’t submit for Price Lake Road. Slaby shared that when talking with Chris Bender, he advised us not to apply until the current project is complete and money is spent so we have a better idea what is needed.
- All board members will be attending the WTA District Meeting in Minocqua on January 24. Soberg to send in registration.
- Motion by Boushon/Galloway to increase all hourly employee wages by 2.0% per hour, except for mechanic pay, and increase the Clerk/Treasurer monthly base salary to $1,250.00 per month. Carried.
