- Present: John Slaby, Chairman, Roy Boushon and Mike Galloway, Town Supervisors, and Jamie Soberg, Clerk/Treasurer.
- The meeting was called to order by Chairman Slaby at 7 pm.
- Checks numbered 413, 17883 – 17934 were signed by the board.
- Recited the Pledge of Allegiance.
- Clerk read the minutes from the Board Meeting held in January. Motion by Boushon/Galloway to receive and place on file as read. Carried.
- Soberg read the Treasurers report for the month of January. Motion by Boushon/Galloway to receive and place on file as presented. Carried.
- Slaby attended the Fire Ad Hoc meeting and stated that they are also having trouble with driveways having enough clearance for larger vehicles. He shared that old extinguisher contents are being put in bags to then drop down chimneys to put out chimney fires. The next meeting will be April 20th at 6 pm.
- At the Ambulance meeting attended by Slaby, it was discussed that the defibulators are getting older and will no longer be supported so fundraising along with donations will take place to raise money for 2 new defibulators. The next meeting will be April 29th at 6:30 pm.
- There was discussion about the need for safety barrels and lights. It was mentioned that the state has used ones available to buy through Rent-A-Flash for $12.50 each, due to requirements changing for them. There was a motion by Boushon to buy 10 used barrels, 5 new lights, and reflective tape as needed. Seconded by Galloway.
