Present: John Slaby, Chairman, Roy Boushon & Mike Galloway, Town Supervisors, and Jamie Soberg, Clerk/Treasurer.
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Slaby at 7 pm.
Checks numbered 470-472, 18736– 18767 were signed by the board.
The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.
Clerk read the minutes from the Board Meeting held in March. Motion by Galloway/Boushon to receive and place on file as read. Carried.
Soberg read the Treasurers report for the month of March. Motion by Boushon/Galloway to receive and place on file as presented. Carried.
There was discussion regarding a car frequently parked on the side of the road this winter on Tower Road. It was noted by Rob Grigsby that this made it difficult and almost impossible to get around in order to plow with little cooperation of the owner. A certified letter will be sent to the property owner to address the issue of keeping the roads open as much as possible.
Slaby commented that he cited a driveway on Rocky Carrie Road for new permanent residents. The owners are wanting to make changes to their driveway, which the town is currently using part of it as a turnaround. Therefore, changes to the turnaround will need to be done by next winter.
